About the Opportunity 

Harbour City Ferries has a rare opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the team in Sydney, NSW, on a full-time basis. This opportunity will commence as a temporary assignment but may evolve into a permanent opportunity for the right person.

Specific daily duties will include:

  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Managing outgoing mail and distributing internal mail
  • Preparing training supplies and manuals
  • Ordering catering for functions and booking rooms
  • Updating organisational charts
  • Taking phone calls and general reception duties
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Reporting and ad hoc administrative tasks

You will have strong organisation skills and a pleasant demeanour answering phone calls. The role requires a proactive individual who is self-motivated and able to prioritise work effectively.
